Urinary System Label

This image was modified from a wikimedia file so that students can fill in the answers. I have made four versions within a Google doc for either practice or differentiation. One version just has boxes for students to name the structures, and a second version has a word bank for developing learners.

The other versions were made for sharing on Google classroom, with form fields for students to label which can be completed and submitted digitally, also with or without word banks.

Major structures included in the labeling are the kidney, bladder, urethra, ureter, and major vessels like the aorta, vena cava, and renal.

I made this worksheet after I realized my students were struggling with labeling a original version, particularly with identifying the aorta and vena cava. Some of the original labels from the wikimedia file were removed to make the diagram simpler and more specific to just the urinary system.

The answers to this exercise are easily found on the wiki page, so I don’t recommend this as anything other than practice or reinforcement.
