Group Evaluation Form
For each member of your group, including yourself, rank their contributions to the project. 5 is highest, 1 is lowest.
If a project was presented by an individual, an automatic 15/15 will be awarded. Otherwise, an average of all the group scores will be used to determine the final participation grade.
Participation: Student provided
input into the project and remained on task throughout, assisted other group
members.
Contributions: Student contributed valuable information to the group, and provided
a fair share of the research information
Cooperation: Student gave and requested information from other members regarding
the project's final layout and presentation.
